How the Program Works:
- Decide whether you want to do the program on your own or with a friend.
- Every week for the next 30 days you’ll log into the membership site and watch a short video with Malin teaching various Nordic Walking techniques, based on Malin’s Method for Nordic Walking. The instructions are easy to follow!
- Choose to learn one or all of the four techniques: Walking, Basic Nordic Walking, Fitness Nordic Walking or Sport Nordic Walking.
- Pick one or all three goals:
- Increase intensity and difficulty level in technique
- Increase duration
- Increase the distance.
- If there’s a technique that’s too difficult to execute, just stay with your current skillset and continue with other goals.
