Three Monthly and Annual Memberships Online

    As the word indicates, you will experience and get a taste of what it is like working out with Nordic Body. Pay only $14.95 per month or $149.95 for the whole year (a saving of about $30) and you will get access to one LIVE online group workout per month. We usually do it on the first Saturday of the month. If you miss one, no worries, you will have access to the workout video, in which Malin will take you through the 3 different levels of the strength training exercises. She demonstrates and provides detailed instructions of all 3 different levels of difficulty to make sure you do the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries.

    As a motivation to keep on going on your own, with her support, she has created this membership online. During the whole month, you will get support. In addition to having access to the workout for the month, we will check in with you on a weekly basis to make sure you stay on track. You will also get support from other participants and who knows, maybe somebody lives in your neighborhood?  Maybe you can work out together or at least go for walks. Every month you will receive a calendar that we highly recommend you print to put up on the fridge. It will serve as a reminder to take care of your health and it is an easy way to keep track of your progress.

    You will get unlimited access to an amazing health and fitness library containing all the exercise videos, meditation audios, and tracking progress sheets you can find in the book “WAKE UP Your Body + Mind After 50!” Besides the monthly workout video, you will find exercise videos on different stretching routines, different dynamic drills like balance, coordination, speed, reaction and body awareness, how to do trigger release, and how to do Basic Nordic Walking. This is what is called “on-demand streaming” because you can access anything in the health and fitness library when it fits your schedule. It is a huge perk for a small increase in cost – especially the annual cost.
