Every week, Malin will take you through a LIVE online group workout. Being consistent is crucial to get the best result. Working out with us once a week is a great way to stay on track with your progress. You’ll have access to the recording so you can do more workouts on your own at home, outdoors, or at the gym. Another game changer is the support you will get in our private community from like-minded members. Weekly check-ins from Malin will not only hold you accountable but also assure real results.
One of the most unique and exciting features is the online coaching session that will take place 30 minutes prior to the workout. The coaching is based on the book “WAKE UP Your Body + Mind After 50!” and each chapter is a new *module for the week. You will see a huge difference in working out right after the coaching – you will feel much more motivated! Adding more knowledge about health and fitness will make you unstoppable in your transformation to a stronger body and mind!

You can start the 90-Day Strong Body & Mind Challenge at any time.
Weekly Monday Sessions (PST)
Coaching Sessions
- Mondays at 5:00 PM PST
- Inspirational, educational, and community-driven
- Sessions are recorded and available if you miss one
Workout Sessions
- Mondays at 5:30 PM PST, immediately following the coaching session
- Minimal equipment required: a mat, dumbbells, and resistance bands
- Workouts are pre-recorded by Malin, and you will have full access to them
The exercises stay the same throughout the month, but the workout structure changes three times during the month:
Week 1, Weeks 2 & 3, and Weeks 4 & 5 - Because the workouts are pre-recorded, the live workout session will not be recorded
Monthly Saturday Workout (PST)
You will also have access to a live Saturday workout session each month during your 12 weeks in the program.
- Typically held on the first Saturday of the month
- 9:00 AM–10:15 AM PST
- This longer session includes the Monthly Dynamic Drill, a unique warm-up designed to improve: Balance, Agility, Mobility, Coordination, Speed, and Reaction time.
- All Monthly Saturday workouts are pre-recorded by Malin, and you will have full access to them.
Getting Started & Scheduling
- Please add all 12 Monday coaching sessions, 12 Monday workouts, and the monthly Saturday sessions to your calendar.
- When you purchase the challenge, your first Monday will be:
- The next Monday after your purchase, or
- The same day, if you purchase on a Monday before 5:00 PM PST
Renewal Information
After 90 days, you will be offered the option to renew for another 90 days.
