Three Monthly and Annual Memberships Online
As the word indicates, you will experience and get a taste of what it is like working out with Nordic Body. Pay only $14.95 per month or $149.95 for the whole year (a saving of about $30) and you will get access to one LIVE online group workout per month. We usually do it on the first Saturday of the month. If you miss one, no worries, you will have access to the workout video, in which Malin will take you through the 3 different levels of the strength training exercises. She demonstrates and provides detailed instructions of all 3 different levels of difficulty to make sure you do the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries.
As a motivation to keep on going on your own, with her support, she has created this membership online. During the whole month, you will get support. In addition to having access to the workout for the month, we will check in with you on a weekly basis to make sure you stay on track. You will also get support from other participants and who knows, maybe somebody lives in your neighborhood? Maybe you can work out together or at least go for walks. Every month you will receive a calendar that we highly recommend you print to put up on the fridge. It will serve as a reminder to take care of your health and it is an easy way to keep track of your progress.

One of the most exciting perks for this option is the online coaching session that will take place 30 minutes prior to the workout. The coaching is based on the book “WAKE UP Your Body + Mind After 50!” and each chapter is a new module. You will see a huge difference in working out right after the coaching – you will feel much more motivated!
